Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of 1life Financial. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1 Fee Schedule and Assessments
The Client acknowledges that the Institution may assess fees for services provided in connection with account administration, custody, advisory services, compliance reviews, account maintenance, account reactivation, special processing requests, beneficiary modifications, ownership amendments, transfers, distributions, and other operational services. Applicable fees shall be disclosed through the Institution's current Fee Schedule, which may be amended from time to time upon notice to the Client.
2 Account Reactivation
Accounts designated as inactive, dormant, suspended, or otherwise restricted may require administrative reactivation prior to the restoration of full account services. The Institution reserves the right to assess reasonable reactivation fees and administrative costs associated with restoring account functionality. Such fees shall be due and payable before reactivation is completed.
3 Management and Custody Fees
Management, custody, and administrative fees shall accrue in accordance with the Client's selected service arrangement and shall remain payable regardless of account activity, communication frequency, or investment performance. Accrued fees may be deducted from available account balances where permitted by law and applicable agreements.
4 Advisory Services
Strategic consultations, portfolio reviews, investment guidance, financial planning, special research requests, and other advisory services may be subject to separate compensation arrangements. Advisory fees may be assessed on a fixed, hourly, retainer, project, or asset-based basis.
5 Administrative Services
The Institution may assess administrative fees for services including, but not limited to, account reviews, enhanced due diligence procedures, compliance verification, document retrieval, account amendments, beneficiary updates, ownership changes, reporting requests, transfer processing, and other operational matters requiring additional administrative resources.
6 Termination of Relationship
Either party may terminate the relationship upon written notice in accordance with applicable agreements. Termination shall not relieve the Client of responsibility for any accrued fees, earned compensation, pending administrative charges, expenses, or obligations incurred prior to the effective date of termination.
7 Transfer and Distribution Requests
Transfers, liquidations, distributions, account closures, and asset transfers to third-party custodians may be subject to applicable administrative and processing fees as outlined in the current Fee Schedule.
8 Right to Amend Fees
The Institution reserves the right to modify, revise, or update its fee schedule from time to time. Continued use of the Institution's services following notice of such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised fee schedule.
